      Pros

      Benefits I enjoy the people I work with, as they are an amazingly talented and hard working group, but Mgmt continually fails to recognize that their success in SOLELY due to the efforts of those that they disparage and disregard.

      Cons

      Lack of recognition. Mgmt replies that they don't promote individual recognition in order to avoid creating "jealousy" among peers.

      Pros

      Quality of people, challenging work. Large number of jobs have a significant scope compared to other companies within the same industry. In terms of the types of assignments, even mid level employees are in position of considerable responsibility. GE Healtcare has a very good benefits package and in most cases there is a strong sensitivity to work life balance.

      Cons

      Limited advancement and complex matrix structure. The structure of GE Healthcare is a complex matrix with many different dotted line reporting schemes. This makes it very unclear in some cases how to get a decision made. The number of tenured senior leaders makes advancement difficult and time consuming.
