Grt exposure to regional roles and top mgmt , able to switch roles and learn. good support across teams .. good company branding to external parties ... people appreciate those coming with GE experience ..

Cons

Lots of manual work and excel, major costs cutting, plenty of reporting, large organization with too much divisions- hard to locate right point of contact for issues
