      Latitude; Exposure; Challenge; Good product range; very good leadership with the right vision; Excellent people with a wide range of skill sets & ready to share knowledge

      Cons

      Bureaucratic; very matrixed; need to look at introducing products for specific countries at the right price; Price is one of the major deterrents to growth in many countries; has to be more nimble to adapt to changes in environemnt

      Pros

      Flexible hours are possible. Compensation is in line with the market. The benefits package is very good. Excellent chances for advancement.

      Cons

      The working hours can be much longer than 40 hours especially when having to meet deadlines and there is no financial compensation. You are expected to work evenings and weekends some of the time.
