Awesome global policies with lack of implementation at ground level

Pros

Some business roles carry good learning but by moving everything to global ops, which has incompetent management at least in India, the company has lost a lot of talent and respect of employees. Work life balance is still maintainable in business roles

Cons

Incompetent India management, most of the leaders lack knowledge and are not problem solvers. Increased bureaucracy and growth of yes men/women only. Pathetic appraisals in last two cycles, with no fulfillment of promises made during appraisal discussion. You can't trust the words of your leaders.
