      Great work-life balance if you make an effort to keep priorities in order. Depending on manager but should have no issues with requesting time off.

      Climate controlled, layed back for the most part, easy job

      Cons

      Terrible management, plays favorites between management and hourly employees, gossip like your in high school. Can't trust anyone. The Union is worthless and will stab you in the back just the same as management.
