Pros

The pay and benefits are the only thing making it worth working here, until I find something else.

Cons

The culture here is the most toxic environment I have ever been in. Flat level management, has given many people the idea that they are in charge, when they are in fact, not. There’s hardly any accountability and certain individuals feel they can do as they please. The way new hires are trained and treated is unsatisfactory to any other place in the industry or any non-industry place I have worked. If you do not fit in well with the team you are placed on, you are going to have a rough 90 day probation period. Many of the young, early 20-something’s (who can is a majority of the workforce) act like this is a fraternity and with no checks and balances in place, they get away with sitting back and playing on their phone most of the day and hardly do any of the work that needs to be accomplished. Do yourself a favor and just go find a job working anywhere else, save yourself from stress and headaches.

Pros

-Pay (but comes with a caveat) if you’re Exempt and you ask for a pay scale to see where you’ve landed or where your progression is. They will lie to you and tell you “we don’t have any such thing”

Cons

-Toxic Work Environment -Business Leaders don’t care about their people -If you’re not in the good ole boy club and you challenge your higher leadership in regards to favoritism you will essentially become exiled -If you’re an hourly worker they threat of being written up runs rampant; no place for bending or seeing human error immediately it’s against the employee; UNLESS you’re the favored one. -Business Leaders will let great employees walk when they’ve hit a breaking point versus recognizing they are key players -Follow through is SEVERELY lacking here. From emails to projects. -The favoritism is so strong that there are people that have been fired for the same issues as someone who didn’t even get written up -If you’re an exempt employee and you put in for an internal job your business leader gets a notification that you’re seeking a different path. This is grimy to me this can cause intervention and or sabotage but again if you’re liked and are a yes (Wo)Man you will go far. I saw it many many times.

Pros

Great products and people. History Fielded products

Cons

Higher level leadership is disconnected from today's workforce. Usually jump on the new initiative without understanding its full impact. Internal advancement opportunities are predetermine. Its who you know that gets the desired jobs. Internal interviews are usually a big farce.
