      A very diverse company who takes skills from all sectors. No real limit to jobs you can move into. It is possible to learn many fields of high tech with experts.

      Cons

      Bad health plan and the size of the company can make it impersonal. Sometimes the managers seem to be living in their own word. They may say things like, "I do not have time for your problem, I am thinking at the 20,000 foot level

      - Work/Life balance - expectation is to be available 24/7. Early morning (6 and 7am) meetings are norm. - Benefits - major cuts to benifits package in 2010 - Politics - better know how to play the games - BIG Business feel - slow, very difficult to get things done quickly. - Powerpoint, powerpoint, powerpoint....spend WAY too much time putting ppt decks together
