Pros

Large company with diverse career opportunities if willing to relocate. Wide range of training programs.

Cons

Complex and bureaucratic organization that struggles to keep customers satisfied. Cumbersome processes and the lack of basic tools make even the most simple tasks burdensome. Extremely internally focused. Management views the only place that talent exists is external to the company - maybe good if you're a new hire. However, the majority of the new hires lack industry and domain expertise and experience. Aoorly run and disfunctional company.

Pros

Exposure to leading edge technology and top talent. Also paid overtime can make up for below average salaries

Cons

working 80+ hours a week with demanding schedules and little compassion for personal conflicts.

Pros

- Big name with alot of power behind it - Great benefits

Cons

- overtime only if you are willing to show that you can overwork yourself to the tenth power! - This particular GE company or Unison doesn't pay well at all, unless you are in management - Diversity in this place means, having a majority of a particular minority group - a micromanaged environment - no teamwork within employees, everyone snakes each other the first chance they get, behind each other's backs - overtime is allowed only if management thinks that something really needs to be completed, not considering that employees don't want to work overtime if the amount is only going to give back their taxes taken on a 40hr work week
