      Great if you are a young engineer with no experience-appears to have a lot of opportunities, If you are older and have previous work experience in other companies,

      If you are older and have previous work experience in other companies, you can really see what goes on here. You can tell you the ladder climbers are- newly appointed younger managers who don't have a clue how to lead people. Its their way or the highway. Frequent roundtable discussions-but don't dare say anything critical , or else you will be tagged a troublemaker and eventually run out of there after being put on a PIP. GE preaches Collaboration with stakeholders, etc, but hardly practise it Poor health insurance, high deductables. If you want true job satisfaction-look elsewhere-not worth the aggravation .

      High Flexibilty - work from home, work timings, etc Internal job change, transfers, etc Leadership reallymakes efforts to connect with all the employees Involvement in Affinity groups, etc are encouraged

      Remote working environement - can become very boring after some time Some managers just suck As people change jobs every 2 years - long term vision is missing in many projects Too much beauracracy - TSG
