      I have found a very satisfying career. I have learned a lot and look forward to my future GE Aviation.

      I have not found many cons in my time here. Everyone here is always willing to help you in anyway. People are interested in your future and want to see you succeed.

      Pay is "ok", hourly get paid much more than salary however

      Cons

      EMS system is the worst. A lot of career opportunity for younger workers. The site I am at is very unorganized

      Pros

      Good opportunities for advancement if you wear GE on your sleeve. Its a great place to start a career in management.

      Cons

      Terrible vibe on the factory floor. Operations team is essentially whipping a dead horse. It seems like productivity is a constant struggle.
