Cons

One of the wordt macro-micro managed business ever. False hope of rising up the ladder, change of contracts every 2 months(literally) and to top it off, mass exodus with no warning whatsoever!

Thank you for your review. It’s disappointing you were unable to profit from the development opportunities offered at GDS Group. We have quarterly Sales Excellence groups which you may have missed the chance to be a part of if you were only in the business for a short time. We have a strong junior leadership team to support growth and training, it’s a shame you felt you were micromanaged as we try and offer space and autonomy to all our staff. It’s hard to believe your contract changed in 2 months, our HR team really would be busy if they were changing staff contracts every two months, fairly sure this is illegal so its unlikely to have happened. We have created a development programme for Sales Associates; starting with an understanding of the Delegate experience followed by a 16-week Sales Excellence programme which sets its graduates up to succeed in the wider commercial team. GDS Group are renowned for being very competitive with salaries, paying above average, per discipline, in the Bristol area.
