Pros

Some of the management are great. Commissions when they are paid properly. Most the lower level sales people are nice.

Cons

Management selling, thus competing against those they should be helping. CRM is useless as 75% of tenured sales people will do as they please. About as cliquey as they can get at management level. Good luck if you’re on the outside. OTE is no where near attainable. High attrition. Unattainable KPIs. Turnover cannot be higher.

Pros

Good job with benefits, great kitchen, co-workers are supportive and friendly.

Cons

Management are cumbersome and non-supportive. Fickle, and disingenuous. Strict KPI and ineffective training.

Pros

Location had some good restaurants around. Sometimes we were allowed to leave early on Fridays.

Cons

Horrible environment. Leads were being stolen from your desk if you weren’t careful. Management also sold, so it was like they competed against you and provided little help. They would get the better lead lists and have access to better industries to sell too. Also they forced you to work in office while Covid was running rampant in 2020-2021. Also heard many reps were not being compensated properly.
