I met some amazing people who luckily most have managed to escape to better things They will lure you in with a high salary
Cons
Toxic doesn't cover it, they hire senior leaders who have no clue what they are doing but as long as they can talk the talk they get by/promoted. There is no culture other than something hazardous you wouldn't want to grow. The toxicity comes from those on high and oozes all the way down. They hire talented people and squeeze everything they can out of them putting huge pressure on them because they know they have no chance of hanging onto them. Worst place I have ever had the misfortune of working at. Micromanagement is seen as normal and okay. Invasions of privacy and not taking health concerns seriously. If you do not meet their 'standards' you will be punished and if you dare stand up to anyone consider yourself gone.
