      Outstanding Leadership but outpace the speed of change to much

      Toby (VP of EMEA) is a great leader and a real asset to the sales guys, he works hard to support everyone and goes above and beyond for the business and his team. Adam (Sales Director) always puts his team before himself to ensure everyone is succeeding. Charles (CEO) One of the best CEO's I have seen, lives and breaths the values of the company and his ideas should be more valued as he is a huge asset to the company and responsible for their growth during the pandemic Good Commission Structure Very good incentives and company events Friendly staff & line managers Good work life balance, work hard play hard. Great office facility's. A great product to sell!

      Constant impulsive changes from change in structure, events being axed or changed or moved, role changes, product change, target change, business model change etc. Senior leaders should be given more decision making power as per their job title and efforts.
