      Pros

      if you like drug/drink culture this is the place for you. Viagra/underwear found in toilets.

      Cons

      If they can replace you with AI they will, You are a number in a system and will be made to feel like one. This company is very much so hire and fire. You will be expected to cold call at least 150 people a day even if you are hitting target without doing so.

      ALL OF THE MOST RECENT 5 STAR REVIEWS in FEBRUARY 2024 ARE FAKE - STAY AWAY! I'm genuinely surprised that GDS hasn't been investigated & shut down. They try to run this place like the "wolf of wall street". You will make 200+ dials a day (no rhyme or reason, they just want you to dial) They force a script down your throat, you're in office 5 days a week to sit at your desk and make cold calls, you're forced into a schedule where your breaks are timed. They demoted their CEO, they fired their CRO 6 months into his new role, they hire convicted felons, they don't have an HR team, they don't have a legal team, they're involved in several law suits. Should I continue? I spent a few months here, and I wish that I remained unemployed. Please don't ever consider this place - They will lie to you until the day they terminate you. I'm begging, please stay away from this monstrosity.

      Thank you for your review- I note you worked at GDS for 4 years, so would like to confirm that all new starters now receive a minimum of 2 weeks onboarding, followed by weekly training. We do not support home working, so we can support and develop our teams and are very open about this. We have an outstanding NPS score, from our clients, so we know that we deliver and exceed on our service promises and its disappointing you could not recognise this. We wish you the very best in your future.
