      Good basic salary and some good people

      Everything is a lie. The positive reviews on here are from staff who are asked to do this hence they all read the same - great commisiions, training, holidays bla bla. I've been asked on numerous occasions to do this. The "project intelligence" is cut and paste from prospects website. The attendees are a "lie". If you want to meet a "C-Level" exec then a GDS Summit is not the place to be. You will be taught about the "process" which is based on one bloke having one good year with accounts he has been handed and we all follow this process he uses, however he sells a completely different product. POD leaders constantly telling us how much they earn but dont support us and in fact take leads from us so they can get fatter (literally in some cases). I could go on.

Our people have also grown & professionalised and where there is a mis-fit we have acted in the best interest of the employee, our customer and our business.       Pros

      - Absolutely fantastic people to work with across the business who all genuine care about the company and love what they do. - Amazing opportunities to work and partner with the biggest and most exciting companies in the world. - Everyday is exciting and is never the same as you are constantly learning new skills and upskilling yourself. - The commercial benefits are in the top tier for a salesperson where there are multiple incentives in place to motivate you which include an excellent commission structure, exotic trips away to 5 star locations and add on incentives (iPads, headphones, vouchers etc). - There is great opportunity to travel all over the world to work across Europe and the US.

      Cons

      - The work is hard but extremely rewarding, it is a business like no other so it does take time to find your feet but once you do the rewards are two-fold. - Long hours are required if you want to be successful as you are calling multiple time zones from Central Europe to New York and San Francisco etc. - There is naturally an expectation to perform and deliver results once you have completed your training so KPI's are monitored to this effect.

      Pros

      Working with C-Level executives and sales experience. Financial District. Traveling sometimes. Fun, light environment.

      Cons

      They advertise an income that is false. Most people starting out make 30-40k. Not 125k. The overinflation is obscured. The environment is cut throat with little reasoning. There is no real long-term career future there. It is good as a stepping stone.
