This entire company is poisoned, from the top down. They will lure you in with a higher salary, then treat you like the scum of the earth. The training is a joke, they just give you a script to memorize. If you’re lucky enough to get anyone on the phone, they tell you to lie about what company you’re with, what you’re selling, who will be there, etc. Management is busy doing blow in the bathroom while you’re in the trenches. I would be honestly prefer to be homeless than ever work at this place again.

Pleasant, well ventilated and decently furnished office & kitchen. For the most part a friendly and professional environment. Competitive wage. Good place for gaining skills and experience for next steps in your career

Cons

Apparent issues at the upper management level that end up trickling down the chain, the main downside being a lack of job security. Seemingly, anyone can be let go at almost any time with zero warning. Also talent and technology in the tech teams were being woefully underused/misappropriated because, again, people at the top with no knowledge or interest were making decisions and demands. Office politics was a bit rife but I don't think that's a unique problem.
