      Literally everything else. Micromanaging and all of the management is truly cruel and will look for ways to blame you for their own undoings. Every employee you ask will say the same thing. There is a commission structure but good luck getting anything you are owed, they will do anything in their power not to pay you more money. The turn over right is like 80% and rightfully so. Honestly if you have literally ANY other options, take the other one. You will be asked, hourly, to perform illegal acts such as identity theft.

      Pros

      I joined GDS International from the recruitment industry and I haven't looked back. Fantastic culture, healthy working hours and interest in staff well being. Comprehensive on boarding and training programme. On the job support from management and colleagues and I have made some great friends already. The Senior Leadership team encourage innovation and communication. Very impressed so far and excited for my long term career here.

      Cons

      All areas of improvement are being looked into by our senior leadership (training gaps, staff feedback etc) which is extremely encouraging.

      Pros

      Working hours, location, some of the people working there. Very good work/life balance as the working hours are great. 8:15 to 16:30.

      Cons

      If you fancy being shouted at and patronised by S. then look no further. Employment law is completely disregarded by S. and the lack of a proper human resources department ( it only exists to get you employed it seams) makes it possible for her to get away with her behaviour.. The constant threat of verbal and written warning is a daily occurrence. "Perception is reality" she constantly says!!! The only perception I had while I was there is her constant need to get The owner's attention, that's why she shouts all the time. All day, everyday!!! You will be given absolutely no respect from a very immature director/head/manager ( yes titles don't mean anything) of their meettheboss business.
