      Pros

      I enjoy my time at GDS Group for several reasons. The team is collaborative and supportive, which made it easy to feel part of the organization. There are plenty of opportunities for professional growth, such as mentorship programs and online learning resources, which I appreciated

      Cons

      While I value my time here, there were some areas for improvement. For example, communication between departments could be clearer; at times, it felt like teams were working in silos, which affected project alignment. Additionally, workloads can be heavy, especially during peak periods, which might make it challenging to maintain a work-life balance. Some processes also felt outdated, and there was sometimes resistance to change.

      Overall the energy of the office was ok

      This role is not everyone's cup of tea especially early on - you're hunting for senior sales people and lose out on commission. No matter how experienced you are when you get there

We pride ourselves on offering a very competitive compensation package however we also realise its a challenging role that takes time to master. In sales progression can seem slow when you are not seeing the conversion rates you would like, however our leadership teams are trained to improve individual performance and delivery.
