Pros

Christmas Parties, free fruit, close over Christmas Holidays.

Cons

Changed the role in Jan 2025 and now make considerably less money as a BDE to fund the useless staff in London who get paid triple our salaries. They hire new BDEs with no experience on double the salary of performing current employees. Poor management who constantly go back on their word. They don't value their staff you are just a number to them. Only way to get promotions is if someone leaves/gets fired therefore no career progression. People are praised on KPIs not on revenue. In the office everyday with no social element to the job as everyone is miserable with the new structure, No flexibility and only bare minimum holiday allowance. AVOID THIS PLACE!
