High base salary, low thinking level. Cool office view

Cons

If you have any ambition, run. micromanaged to death. about 9/10 are let go every new hire class within 6 months. toxic environment with no oversight from the outside. cold calling all day every day, with unrealistic expectations. its barely legal. And I do mean barely. I wonder how they're still in business.
