Working in the growing marketing department I have watched the business go from strength-to-strength, providing it's employees with peerless opportunities to learn, engage and benefit from the work done in the day-to-day. Both in office and whilst working remotely, there is a tangible atmosphere of collaboration which ensures that if you get stuck on something you're never stuck for long. In spite of the business' size, there's still significant scope to leave your mark. Excellent communication and employee benefits. Each week holds a new challenge and an opportunity to prove yourself.

Cons

Working remotely has its occasional growing pains but this isn't the fault of the business.

Great company to work for and there are endless opportunities. They give extensive training and offer support at all times. The environment really makes coming into work a lot easier.

Pros

The switch from physical to digital events during the pandemic has seen a dynamic change and significant growth for GDS. With this brings a vibrant energy which is felt throughout the office. This energy is infectious and there is a definite vibe of celebrating the wins with eruptions of applause but also encouragement from the floor for everyone to hit their target. Training has seen a significant boost with regular training sessions in a team environment which is great as you can learn from others also.

Cons

The fast paced nature means there are periods of intense work hours, but these are in short bursts. During the non summit periods, GDS invests heavily in training and ensuring the skills are always being improved.
