      Pros

      I started working for the company on Monday 5th July 2021. From the recruitment process to the interview, Everything was clearly explained! There was nothing hidden & everything was explained professionally. As someone who possesses a lot of energy It was great to feel welcome & also my energy was greatly appreciated. The training was amazing! From individual one to one attention, Federico was amazing! The fact the CEO Spencer Green was involved with the training, made it seem ever so transparent. They paid attention to everyone persons different personalities. I have worked in various industries, From call centre to construction. This was the most welcoming environment, the work & targets are very achievable as long as you put in the work!

      Cons

      Nothing that comes directly to mind. We'd all like to be millionaires & not work, but if I have to work GDS is the place!

      Pros

      GDS Group/Meet the Boss welcome me, provided me with excellent training and made me accountable. In a sales environment, numbers are key, fact. The difference to other companies is how they motivate you and the tools they give you, for you to have a successful day, week or month. At Meet the Boss, I can see a new generation of sales executives working hard every day due to the good environment that we feel on the floor and for the management support. Proud to be part of this team.

      Cons

      I haven't used, yet, all my annual leave days. I do know that they are not that amazing for a sales environment, which makes it difficult to travel outside of the country, more than one time per year to see family.
