      Pros

      GDS has provided me with direction on how to become a better sales person and all around a better professional. It is not by any means an easy job - however when It has benefited my life tremendously financially. It took time to start earning the numbers - however the leadership team will support you in every aspect as long as your putting the work in and putting your best foot forward. It’s been exiting to watch my personal clients be so successful from working with us on our programs. If you aspire a sales career in a good environment - GDS is a great option.

      Pros

      I have been a BDE for 2 years now and I won't be shy in saying it's hard work. That being said, it's sales and to be expected. It's demanding in a sense that they expect you to work. Overall fun atmosphere, commissions changed my life and lots of training across the floor. We have a few new external trainers as well. If you want to work hard and be rewarded for your hard work this is the place for you.

      Cons

      5 days a week in office. Some flex could be cool.
