      Pros

      I enjoy my time at GDS Group for several reasons. The team is collaborative and supportive, which made it easy to feel part of the organization. There are plenty of opportunities for professional growth, such as mentorship programs and online learning resources, which I appreciated

      Cons

      While I value my time here, there were some areas for improvement. For example, communication between departments could be clearer; at times, it felt like teams were working in silos, which affected project alignment. Additionally, workloads can be heavy, especially during peak periods, which might make it challenging to maintain a work-life balance. Some processes also felt outdated, and there was sometimes resistance to change.

      Lots of opportunity - work on a range of sales & operations roles across the UK & US.

      Pros

      Very social workplace with company events throughout the year, lots of opportunity in my role to work with experienced sales professionals across the US & UK. Good earning potential and a solid management team across the business.

      Cons

      Could be considered a con to some in that its a fast paced business, other than that, nothing to note.
