- You can earn well if you are skilled. - Commission potential is unlimited. - Strong senior leadership team on Summits. - Opportunities for career advancement if desired. - The 1100 - 1830 work hours are perfect, and if you want to earn, you can work outside of these hours.

Cons

- Hybrid working (not a con, as this is a great working environment!)
