It's fast paced, ambitious, exciting, and rewards are there for those who want to work hard. Working for GDS provides one with a career path and career goals, but most importantly working for this company allows you to be yourself and succeed as yourself! You definitely grow here as a business executive as well as a person.

Cons

Although, you work 8 hours a day if you want to see constant results you will need to work longer hours. If you put in the time and effort, the reward and incentives you receive as a result are worth it.

Having been with GDS for over 5 years I can genuinely say it's the best opportunity I've taken career wise. Talented staff, good products and great earning potential.

Cons

It's hard work some weeks, regardless of effort you will have some days where things haven't gone the way you hoped.
