Young office and convienient to get to if you live on the east side

Cons

You are the bottom of the food chain, consistently picked apart by the awful rude sales staff. Underpaid and overworked to get tossed aside the minute new processes get implemented (which is about every two months and then it reverts back when they don’t work). Management is TERRIBLE and you will be living your worst nightmare working for this company.

Working for GDS Group and going through their extensive training and development process, has strengthened my C-level conversation when it comes to Digital Transformation and disruption. GDS is the forefront of knowledge when it comes to technology and data. I resided under CIO and Data Team which was a very detailed and strong team . If you are looking to strengthen your consultative selling skills and make great money. Reach out to their recruitment department. Great benefits and great atmosphere to work in.

Cons

Cons are not all work environments are as flexible as you need them to be. However if you become a part of the GDS Family make sure you are punctual and have your schedules in order. They do not tolerate being late. However this is the making of a well rounded sales person.
