Pros

The business has a very good Senior Leadership team, who lead from the front. The culture of the business is a good mix of being a driven sales environment but with support and a family feel. It's a constantly growing organisation and seems to be always striving to improve. As an employee this is a great, as there are new initiatives, incentives and training opportunities introduced throughout the year to take advantage of.

Cons

It's a fast moving business so it keeps you on your toe's, and you have to be quite adaptable at times, however you learn a lot, and being part of a growing business gives you more opportunities for progression and development in your role.

Pros

Office is in central location They offer you to attend the seminars - sometimes they're overseas They will take absolutely anyone on

Cons

- They are known to having a bad reputation - There is no structure what so ever, i.e. training, personal growth, hr compliance, everyday duties - You have to pay for your own resources i.e. linkedin - Long hours, 8-6 or if you are working on summits that are oversea's you will have to work later hours, no additional pay or liu - Management are senseless and immature

Thank you for your feedback, I am disappointed that you feel this way. We understand the importance of training and ensure that all staff go through a robust onboarding program and get ongoing support and development in their roles. We are constantly investing in this area to support staff as we innovate as a company. We have many employees that have worked for us for many years, some for over 20. We are proud of supporting their careers and understand the important role that training plays in this. I would love to discuss your concerns further with you, as improving the GDS experience is very important us. Please reach out in confidence if you would like to talk more.
