Pros

I truly can't think of any. I should have seen the red flags, but I assumed because of the location and the appearance the place must have been legit.

Cons

Filled with extreme unprofessionalism. They don't give raises, they attempted to improve the place by hiring legit managers and once the company wasn't "fixed" in 6 months they let everyone go, and since then the place has been a joke. Their training is awful, they try to hire a lot and end up firing most of the people, they make you pay money back if your client doesnt attend a show, just the most disturbing practices I've ever heard. The CEO just hires his friends who don't do anything.

Pros

Office views, salary is good for a new job

Cons

Nepotism, in sales! I have never worked for a company that hires so many people from one family, and guess who gets clear and special treatment? Office policies have been implemented to help these employees get ahead and only in the Miami office are they actually implemented. This leads to a culture of nepotism, unfair advantage, and all around shady characters. The company will do exactly what all of the other reviews say they will do: belittle you, lie to you, and run you straight into the ground while taking your opportunities and making you split all of your deals with said managers. Thats right...if your manager helps you, you have to turn over 50% of your commission, number, and sales over to your manager! This is the shadiest business practice I've ever been a part of. And guess what...only this Miami office has this rule. I wonder why? This company is built on lies, deceit, and shadiness. Just google the people interviewing you....look at the banner at the top of this screen...they pay companies to write fake reviews and then bombard the legitimate ones to have glassdoor review them so they can keep running their scheme.
