Pros

GDS provides great training for the new starters and everyone is really welcoming and supporting. They definitely take the time to give back to their staff and say thank you for the hard work. It has been a rewarding experience.

Cons

I haven't experienced any downsides myself, but I would say this job is most suited for driven and ambitious individuals that want to accelerate their career.

cool people, decent office. only options for parking are either risking a ticket or walking 5 blocks in the miami heat.

Cons

practically impossible to come in and make good money. OTE is described as 150k first year and 300k 2nd year. There is no way you will sniff 150k until 5 years. However, most leave within 3-4 months due to the type of work. Terrible benfits.
