Pros

GDS is growing at a rapid pace and our product is second to none. It is such an enjoyable place to work, everyone is friendly and you have such a good support network from your colleagues. There is a 12 week training program when you join, external trainers to help with developing skill set and career development, as well as weekly training sessions with Managers. I have been here 2+ years and I really love it! Yes, management don't always get it right but who does!

-Great atmosphere on the sales floor -Opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

They will lure you in with an attractive salary, what looks to be an progressive career opportunity with full training/no experience necessary and attractive benefits & incentives. The training is useless and they won’t invest in you unless you come in and hit the ground running. Very cliquey, no communication between managers and no work/life balance. The list could go on. It’s a miracle anyone makes it to a year at this company. Do not believe the positive reviews, they pay people to write them but if you do decide to work here, be sure to have a back up plan.
