      Pros

      I have been working at GDS for just over a year now, after a tricky start I found my feet. Under the coaching and guidance of the great leadership team I am now a global top performer. GDS really does reward those that hard work hard and put the effort in to succeed. I have been on 2 all inclusive out of this world chairmans club (trip for top 10 performers globally) which have let me do things I would never normally. If you are willing to work hard, GDS will do all they can to help you succeed and reward you for it.

      Not everyone has the motivation to put in the hard work, if you aren't willing then you will not succeed.

      There are some people there that are honest and good people.

      Management is awful. Training is awful. They still don’t know how to run their company.

      Management are terrible people and they would prefer to get people in trouble then build their career.
