      Pros

      I’ve worked at GDS Group for over a decade and have had many amazing experiences as well as making incredible friendships. The people that work here are really what makes this such a fun environment. One particular person that has made my work here easier is my manager Oliver Smart. Oliver has been so helpful throughout my time at GDS. He helps with my clients at shows and makes sure they have everything they need. He also is a great manager because he cares about the entire group. Overall GDS is a great environment to work at and fun place to be.

      Cons

      It is not easy and there are many challenges that have to be overcome. But if you work hard and try your best this is a great company

      A great place to work if you are resilient and willing to work hard!

      Pros

      I have been working at GDS for close to 4 years and I am now well settled with a great book of business. The SVP Oliver who runs the NYC office is a fantastic leader and I have truly enjoyed working with him and the wider leadership team. Don't get me wrong GDS can be a tough place to work at times (especially at the beginning) however if you are willing to commit and work hard; the rewards are endless. I am now making very good money and it will only be going up from here. We also sell fantastic solutions that are truly valuable for our clients judging from the fact I have worked with some companies consistently for over 2 years now. I also find the culture and my colleagues to be very pleasant and easy to deal with.

      Cons

      Not every company is perfect and it would be great to have some more in-bound leads and enquiries. Remember the first 12 months can be tough but this role is truly rewarding once you get a roll on like any other sales role.
