      Pros

      GDS is a great place to work with lots of training, support and tools to succeed. The earnings potential is very high. Any new projects or programs you are asked to work on always come with more than enough help and training from upper management so that you are confident and successful in achieving your goals. It's also nice interacting with very senior level executives in various industries and helping them address their challenges and deliver against key targets/objectives. Also I am never afraid to ask a question or voice any suggestions/opinions. Upper management does listen to their employees and I feel they do try to make each working day a good experience. We also have a lot of team building outings, attend sports games etc and engage in other fun activities which is energizing for the office. GDS also really tries to create a bit of friendly competition as well with big prizes/huge incentives which help keeps the job exciting. If you follow the process and the training you will succeed and the earnings potential, benefits and rewards are very high.

      Cons

      Not a hybrid environment but the office is spacious, comfortable and the in-person team building experience is great. Located near the seaport which can be a bit windy and cold but just dress warm. =)

      Great Group Of People

      Pros

      - As stated in the title, great group of people. I actively look forward to coming into work to see them. - Huge earning potential. Takes time, but it's definitely there. - You will become a killer salesperson and not be afraid to reach out to anyone. - Working in the Financial District on water street. Great location. - Great company culture. Ping pong/fooseball table in office.

      Cons

      - No work from home hybrid model. Expectation is to be in the office every day. - KPI expectation is quite high. It's sales, so there's constant pressure to perform and get numbers on the board. Can be stressful during slow weeks. - Compensation plans can change quite often.
