Unprofessional staff, sales people are ruthless and don't follow basic rules of engagement, poor organizational structure, company communication by senior management is lacking - and as a result, employees are in-and-out like a revolving door

HR@gdsgroup.com We offer a two week initial training course, then ongoing support and training, for those who are interested in developing sales training further we offer a six week sales training excellence program. With our aim to support new starters in their role, and supporting in their developing careers. Many employees have been with GDS for several years, developing their careers over time, we do also recognise in some cases the sales environment isn't for everyone.
