The game is this, x number of slots to fill, x number of bodies needed for those slots , get them however you get them, expect most to quit in under a year and make it a self fulfilling expection. Zero sick days, really limited benefits, no real expectation that superior performance is even acknowledged much less rewarded.No support from above as regards advanced training or promotion.

A company that does not seem to reflect the reality and pace of the new era. Their IT is rubbish, management is stuck in the previous era, it is a typical male dominated, narrow minded and boring company. The company only does their CSR because they need to show it when bidding for new business, there is no real passion, no creativity. The company does not do any employee benefits (HR does not even have anyone responsible for it). They do not attract women on any levels, not mention diversity in the offices. G4S has got some proper issues with reputation, but unfortunately deals with everything with a delay. They might want to do "undercover boss" not to be with their frontline staff, but to work in the offices in Sutton Park House.
