Pros

I am a full time student as well as working full time and this job has given me a lot of time to work on school work, as there is rarely anything that goes on at my particular site.

Cons

Employee turnover is terrible. I have been working here for about 9 months and I have changed shifts 4 times. Not a huge deal, but it happened without much notice each time. Also, because of people coming and going so quickly, there are so many open shifts so some are forced to work multiple overtime shifts each week since our hiring office will not hire or send help.

Paid training which includes the 40 hours of training required by the state, weekly pay, nice staff during orientation

Cons

Well, I was hired to work at Seagate on August 20th, 2015. I thought it was a good position until I found out G4S lost the contract in June and the last day of the contract is October 1st, 2015. I did not find out at orientation, nor by HR either. I found out after talking to employees currently working at Seagate. Management there is a pathetic joke and I'm being kind. I don't appreciate being lied to by omission & it taints my opinion of the company.
