I cannot think of any reason why a sane person would choose to work for this company. I am sure most of the decent people leave at the first opportunity as soon as they realise just how bad this company is.

Cons

From my personal experience I believe this company is systemically incompetent, arrogant and oppressive. Of course, there are many decent employees struggling to simply do their job properly. Seems to me to attract the worst kind of 'managers'. Even some of the half decent people tend to get caught up in what I think is a very toxic company culture. The infamous Olympic fiasco was no surprise at all to UK employees - very representative of abysmal organisation. Then there's all those suspicions of corruption scandals. From my experience of working for this company, I wouldn't trust them an inch. If it were possible I'd award zero or minus ratings for every aspect.

Corrupt Management No Care for employees or projects different teams work like Gangs Corruption starts right from the top/ no use complaining to anyone you need to be a player to survive Ideal for someone who has no Conscience if you are not strong enough you may come out with Mental Health Problems Also ignore positive reviews , they are by the HR or Corrupt employees themselves

Its a leased company that doesn't really give you opportunities for advancement. Your pay rate is also designated by the post your assigned. You may have 3 different pay rates on your check and that makes it very confusing to figure out how much you should be getting.
