Pros

They pay a little over Minimum Wage.

Cons

They do not care about their people. They care about the client and their money. I have worked for the company for 13 years. As long as i was making the client happy all was good. As soon as i complained, I was removed and i was dispensable. I have been treated awful every since. It's miserable.

Disorganized, lack of communication, no loyalty to employees, a lot of very difficult work in youth services and company is being bought out.

-will hire just about anybody, so if you're desperate and don't have any self respect, it's something -union benefits

Cons

-Scheduling is impossible to get a hold of, and will actively avoid you the more you reach out to them. -pay rate errors. They will quote you one hourly pay rate, and your pay stub will say another (likely a much lower one) -do not treat guards with any amount of respect -managers will lie to you -guards get minimal to no training -uniform requests often fall on deaf ears (it took 5 months to get an extra pair of pants) -some sites do not have Post Orders, but still expect guards to know what is expected of them during their shifts. -they have ignored not only guard requests, but CLIENT'S as well -some sites don't allow breaks/lunches In short, do not associate yourself with G4S Hamilton. You are not in for a pleasant experience.
