Managed over 1,500 ATMs across the country. Gained strong leadership and operational planning skills. Excellent team collaboration and customer handling. Exposure to high-level cash logistics and reconciliations. Valuable experience working with global banking clients.

Cons

High workload under tight deadlines. Limited opportunities for international promotion. Occasionally understaffed during peak seasons. Long hours during bank audits or system upgrades. Some manual processes still need automation.
