Insane and inept management. You are treated as less than a number. You will be required to work 10 to 12 days in row. Forced overtime occurs several times in an average week.

Pay is a joke, starts at 11.86/hr, then you get a 30 cent raise after 1 year. No health benefits, no time off except after 1 year before that time off taken is unpaid. Management is a joke at the San Diego office. Bunch of incompetent morons who can not hire & maintain proper staff levels. No room for advancement so education & experience mean nothing. Armed certification is not paid for. Management gives preferential treatment to some but not all, allows some guards to leave early or come to work early. Management refuses to allow time off to take care or family or for school. Management uses old equipment so that staff levels are kept short handed. Avoid this horrible company at all costs, yoh can make more at In-N-Out burger.
