      None Trust me...whatever good reviews you see here must be written over here by the HR.... (Calling her an HR is exaggerating actually... She is more of a typist who types as per the notes given by upper management)

      Cons

      1. No planning in terms of requirement gathering,requirement analysis,work distribution and even bug fixing 2. The management thinks writing code is equivalent to writing an essay...so they assign anything to anyone without knowing who can do what effitiently. 3. Efficient work is their least priority 4. Top management wants to poke their nose into everything without having any knowledge about the business or the code for that matter. 5. Often times they push people so much as if the resource is a bound labour ... For example... suddenly they will shoot a mail at 2 pm asking people to stretch for the same itself... That too mandatory...

      USA Jupiter Florida Headquarters has NO Idea what’s going on and the London Office Hasn’t a Clue what the USA OFFICE is doing ! Messed up Company - REMEMBER THEY PROMISED 10,000 at the Olympics and Couldn’t !! They were 6,000 Plus Short - POOR OWNER MANAGEMENT
