Cons
No-one will fail the training as they will change your paperwork so you pass. You get told to join the union as the managers will stab you in the back. My first crew mate said to a lady in her 90's she couldn't go to toilet even though we hadn't left the hospital and to wet herself and left her in the vehicle to nearly 4 hours. After I reported him I was taken into the office every month trying to discipline me for things that never happened. I walked out which isn't unusual.
