Decent pay but poor management and lack of training
Pros
decent salary hybrid working/ WFH apprenticeship scheme
Cons
- No path provided for learning apart from management or apprenticeship schemes which can take 3-4 years to complete. - No training provided, left to complete tasks as soon as I started without knowing what I was supposed to be doing - Contract signed to WFH/Hybrid however management told me that 'it just says that' and I should be in the office as much as possible - poor management in general. Over-worked manager had no time for me. Had to fill out my own monthly-catch ups that were supposed to be done together and manager just signed them and sent them on. - lack of support and training left me extremely stressed, overworked and unhappy -senior bosses make thousands in bonuses and lower staff just above minimum wage. Will find any reason to not award longer term staff with bonuses.
