Cons
You have to do everything for the managerd. They have no management skills. When I joined Pip my manager did not even add me to the team. It took them 4 weeks to fix a system issue when it could of taken 30min. I am currently taking them through court for a settle amount. They wasted my time and I do not like time wasters. They have staff that do not have a clue what they are doing since the training is awful. They expect agent to talk like a robot with no pause in the middle for water or to have a rest. Taking 60 plus calls perhaps. No potential growth either you work their for 4 years and have nothing to show for it. They just move you across different Benefit line yawn boring. And if you have system issues they blame your Internet connection not the fact they gave us 1965 laptops with systems that are ancient from 1912.
