The managers that work here are horrible people!!! After they interview an applicant, the managers gather with their coworkers to make fun of the applicants behind their backs. The office in Manhattan is open space so it is very easy to hear what these people are saying. Some of the things that they say are beyond disrespectful. On top of that, they don't value the applicant's time. If you show up on time for the interview, you will have to wait a long time even though you're the only person in the waiting room. The company does not offer paid time off until a year after you are employed. Other companies let offer paid time off after three months. If you are looking for a job, do not bother applying here. There are better job opportunities in Manhattan.

You will fired within a second due to politics and favouritism. People will take your name falsely just for the sake of saving their job. If you love your career , your family and healthy environment then do not join this company. -Job safety is 0% -Weekend working -India's management are puppets of UK employees and they have zero say from India. -People sitting at GDC director position has zero knowledge about tech, they think that writing code is same as writing a blog. -Policies are hidden , when you do something then they tells you that this is not the company policy -Whole IT world works for stories in agile, in GDC you work for bugs, it's been more than 3 years and they are still solving bugs. -No work life balance -No learning, you will be working as sweeper. -Compensation is way less compared to startup and you work way more than the start-up Warning:I still regret the day when I joined here, Do not join this organization even if you have no offers otherwise joining this will be a biggest mistake of your life.
