Easy to get the job, enough work if you have friends in the office, will motivate you to get a better job.

Cons

Duplicitous and unethical culture at the corporate level, no value or respect for any employees, increasing workload on jobs that pay very very little, unprofessional and inept supervisors (both site and area), no room for advancement, HIGH turnover so you don't know if your boss is even there anymore...

Pros

The variety of posts and positions offered provide an opportunity to expand ones knowledge base and meet and interact with a lot of terrific people. They will try to get you to a position where travel is minimal.

Cons

If you are not familiar with your state laws, management will put you in some precarious positions.Communication is not a high priority with this company. Only if you have a set post and work with the same people will you have a circle of trust and communication. The availability of some equipment and the way they will mix different items takes away from the professional look they try to exhibit.

The decent money and basically have a job in the field related to criminal justice.

Cons

Poor communication between officers and supervisors. High turnover rate so always in need of officers. They have their employees running over with their heads cut off. No room to grow within the company unless you stay long enough for someone to quit or get fired.
