Pros

Better compensation than the competition, ability to gain valuable customer experience, very good job to go to school and do at the same time if you work the night shift.

Cons

Not much room for advancement, tasks get repetitive after a while, communication among officers not as good as it should be.

The work schedule and hours are very consistent, which makes it better than a retail job.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement and pay can be reduced without warning if management fails to contract rate at client site. Promise full benefits then denied full benefits after 90 days of work
