Worked with some good people, but it's a shame the team fell apart due to poor decision making from top management.

Cons

Lack of care and company ethics from certain managers. Cover yourself or be prepared to be stabbed in the back!

Paid training, uniforms provided, above average pay for security work in my area. Company pays for hotels when training out of local area.

Cons

Does not appear to be any room for advancement. Bad working conditions, 100% outdoors. Not much in the way of opportunities to move into different jobs within the company.

Cons

Annual qualifications with out proper training and practice. I was terminated due to not being able to qualify at the shooting range and not having time to train or practice.
